What are your payment methods ?
Orders are paid by Bank Deposit, Cash or Cheque prior to delivery.

What's the process for completed orders?
When your payment is received, you will be notified by telephone and by e-mail. The order will be offically placed and you will be notified of the delivery date.

Is my personal account information safe on your site?
Bank depost, Postal order, Money order or Cheque by Snail mail is your responsibilty I do not take payments across this site.
All delivery details including address remain private and will only be used to process your order or to use that information to contact you (if required).

What are the delivery rates?
I try and offer free delivery to central Victoria some cases there 'might' be a small charge but 99% it's free delivery.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Generally 5- working days from the order confirmation and receipt of clear payment, unless prior arrangemnts are made.
We make every attempt to provide a seamless service with your order.

What is your return policy ? Returns will only be made where goods are faulty.
All goods are stringently checked through UrbanPoly Tanks quality control system.
It is my aim you will never need to make a claim with any products purchased.
How ever if there is a problem and it's ours, the product will be replaced.

It is your responsiblility to retain all paper work and receipt of payment 'when and if ' making a claim.
